The Westwood Wegmans is coming probably never. I drive by the construction site most mornings on the way to the commuter rail and there's been nothing going on there for over a year. I think by the time the towns of Westwood and Canton work out all of their differences and Westwood Station construction actually goes forward, the end project is going to be a lot smaller and less interesting than what was originally planned.
OK, back on topic. We've been eating a lot of salads for dinner lately. Here's a recent one with grilled chicken tomatoes and peppers. I marinated the chicken overnight in lemon juice, olive oil, and thyme. Yummy.

It's like looking in your soup and finding a whole different alphabet.

this was the inspiration but I didn't follow it to a T. the sauce sounds good too but I wanted to use up some stuff with the black beans so skipped it this time.

I made the coconut fish tonight using Talapia and it was GREAT! I totally copied you, MB, and made black bean and corn salad to go with it. It was an awesome accompaniment! On the side, I heated up a few slices of the whole wheat baguette I got in Solana Beach the other day, and it was a fabulous dinner!
Oh, and I also made the sauce! It's waaaay yummy! Instead of using hot Asian garlic pepper sauce, I found a sweet version that took some of the fire out of it, but still gave that great flavor! It would be a great dipping sauce for coconut shrimp! Since I had to buy 24 oz. of it, I see coconut shrimp in my future! LOL!

This was a fun burger. Greek Turkey burger. Olives, feta and seasonings mixed in the meat. Tzatiki, lettuce and onion to compliment.
