how to post a pic?

I have a picture of an interesting fish I'd love to post, but after searching cannot find any instruction on how to include a picture in my post!

Mindehankins' method:

"I go to www.tinypic.com upload the pic there, size it for "message board", then copy and paste the "message board" code into the message here."

thanks to mindehankins, I have used tinyprints with success. You can also load pics and video on webshots, create a slideshow, and put a link to the slideshow here. Good luck!
