Well, sort of. We tried to fill it up the previous night but the gas station was closed, so we made it back to maho late at night with fumes essentially. Well, that left us with even less fumes to make it back to town this morning and trying to make the Jost ferry. Had to just park it so we could make ferry. Fast forward 6 hours later. Got off ferry, friend went to shop I went to go get gas, but car wouldn't start. Cell phone has long died at this point. Had to walk to gas station, slipping and falling along the way in front of the school field with a baseball game going on. Nice. Embarrasing, yes. Everyone looking at me
I eventually got gas in a gas can and a nice lady took pity on me and gave me a ride back to my jeep. What a day....

Seems untimely lack of gas on the island may cause some headaches.
Sorry to hear about your trouble getting to the gas station... at least you must have made it around the roundabout!!
