Last nights episode of RHNYC
I felt a little bad for Ramona. She was so excited about the extravagant trip she planned and all anyone did was complain. When Kelly got out the "Complaint Sheet" I thought---you're in a fabulous house in one of the most beautiful places in the world---at least for a few days, you really shouldn't have too many complaints. But of course they have many:)

No. The complaints were all interpersonal and Kelly literally has a mental and emotional break (not breakDOWN -- but it almost seemed like a schizophrenic break). She is all over the place. her desperate need for sugar is also a clue IMHO.
Either it's mental or she's on drugs, or stopped taking her meds. But something is SERIOUSLY off about that chick.

I was thinking she might be Bi-Polar. The intense mood swings, not making any sense, fear that someone is out to get you, and yes the need for sugar. I'm no doctor though.
Sonja def. helped difuse the situation and got everyone to see that obviously she was not right and it was not worth fighting w/ a crazy person.

I have to be honest. I felt for a few years now that I was seeing something in Kelly that I couldn't believe others couldn't see. I grew up in an insane asylum, so I can sense when someone is unstable from the beginning. I have seen signs of Kelly's erratic behavior for years now, and of course there was the domestic violence charge with her ex boyfriend. Things like that just don't happen to people. A large part of me feels sorry for her and sincerely thinks she should not be participating in a reality show environment. I don't think she can resist the temptation of the attention it brings regardless of the fact that it may not be good for her. Reality television is very stressful under the most normal circumstances.
For a brief period, it was the most eventful dinner party I've ever hosted, however, it took a scary, dramatic turn and we wanted to diffuse the situation. I realized that I needed to reel it in because this wasn't normal or healthy for anyone. Truth be told, what aired was very tame compared to what actually happened. I think that to air the full scope of it would terrify the viewers. We were truly terrified ourselves, and I must point out that none of us came home from that trip and told anyone about what went on there. We understood how serious it was and we were all scared. That night when I went to bed, I was legitimately scared for my safety as well as Kelly's. I know Alex felt the same. It was a completely horrendous trip and experience. That is the God's honest truth.

I understand that Kelly may have left the island following this dinnertime encounter.

@Tracy-- I didn't even see what they were referring to when they said that -- it was such a quick shot-- but I KNOW there are no ducks on island.. so guess what? 
I just assumed that place was so ritzy that they had ducks on the property cause the owner liked them or something!

It is beginning to sound to me like the show was VERY unscripted and that unexpected reactions were the result. I'm hoping that "acting without a script" was at fault for such a "painful" evening.
In reading the blogs (since last night) of these women I was looking for the St John references... villa, water, people, places....
Bethenny's blog... no comment on anything island, except that "St John is very difficult to get to".
She said elsewhere that "It was a completely horrendous trip and experience."

"I did not tell the ladies our next stay would be at this amazing villa. When I saw the majestic villa jutting off the bluff I could not contain myself, I had to give it up. I am not a jaded person or overly impressed, but I have to say, this villa in St. John was beyond anything I had ever visited or seen. The cameras did not begin to do it justice. The workmanship and the attention to detail in the woodwork, stonework, and ironwork was amazing. It was not gaudy - it was completely elegant."

What about the beaches, the food, the drinks, the goats, the frogs... all the things we go to St John to relish????
