Little Plantation Villa

Hello, I am looking for any info or reviews on Little Plantation Villa in Coral Bay. Just wondering about the current condition of the villa and pool area. Also wondering what the road to the villa is like. We have stayed up Costanza Road and Harolds way in the past. I understand the the road to LP is in between these two roads. Anyone know how steep it is up to the villa, if it is paved all the way and would it be walkable up and down to Island Blues, Cocolobo etc. Also how long it might have sunshine on the pool in January.

if it is the villa i am thinking about then the road is NOT paved you come up costanza and then hang a right at the gate and the road is pretty rough--not terrible , but it certainly is not pavement--coming up form the other way is worse--again this is if i am remembering the right house.

Thanks for the info but I don't think that is the house. I was told the road is in the flat area between Costanza Road and Harolds way. The villa overlooks cocolobo plaza. I think the road might almost connect to Harolds way up above. Is anyone familiar with this villa. I guess that is my concern, it doesn't seem to be rented alot, not much comes up with any type of search that is recent. Thanks again.

stayed there before cocoloba was built. the road was like a roller coaster ride, but after the first or second time, it was kind of fun, and we sang songs as the jeep rocked from side to side. pool area very nice and sunny. terrific outdoor covered porch with great views of the planes descending into tortola airport. wonder if you can hear the night noise from the bar at cocoloba, 'cause I remember faintly hearing music from Island Blues across the street. loved the owner, nancy. would not stay there again, too many cool villas to check out.
