Pool, Sunrise or Sunset views and AC bedroom in October

We missed our Spring travel window, so are planning a return trip to St. John for late October. We're looking for a 1 bedroom with AC, sunrise or sunset views, and a pool, for about a week, for under $1500. Cruz Bay, Coral Bay or East End...doesn't matter. We were perfectly happy at Cruz Views. Any recommendations?

This one maybe? We stayed here before, and they have one week in October open. It would be right close to the $ mark, they do charge a 5% fee.

Check on VRBO- I found a few in Coral Bay when we were looking that may meet your requirements (AC & pool).

My limit was around $1500 for the week.... some were less...

Minde try the bay house in coral bay through www.vivacations.com it is a little more than you are looking to spend but for the value it may be worth the extra. We will be on the island the last week of october as well, we missed the BB gathering last year but will definately make this years. hope to meet you both.

Thanks for the ideas! Still looking! If airfare doesn't come down, we're going to have to pick the cheapest one that has our requirements, instead of the nicest one in our price range....
