Lilly's Market

Post by Paul »

I am staying in Coral Bay for the first time for my upcoming trip in June. I was contemplating whether I should pick up a few things at Starfish or wait and get them at Lilly's. Nothing fancy, just the staples...Rum, bread, beer, lunch meat, rum, cheese, bacon, beer, eggs, bagels, rum, pineapple juice, orange juice, milk, etc. You get the picture. Just curious about selection and prices. We usually just get the basics and shop later if we want to make a special meal.

Although small, Lily's is very well-stocked with just about anything you need. There's also Love City down the road too. And Josephine's has fresh greens for salads, etc.

We have stayed in Coral Bay the last few years and have always shopped at Lily's and Love City Mini Mart - very well stocked and friendly folks at both and so convenient! We also do villa provisioning so we don't have to shop too much!!! We use villafoodvi.com for that!

Lily's did seem to have a little bit of everything and as long as you're not picky about brands you'll probably find them completely adequate. You could always check them out first, after you check in and then if you can't find something, then go into Cruz Bay the next day. Don't forget to check the villa for 'passed along' food first. It might cut down on your grocery bill.

We've stayed in Coral Bay the past few years and shop at both Pine Peace market in Cruz bay (cheaper than starfish) for basics and Lillys for extras and to replenish.
*Another fine scatterbrained production
