We stayed there in December. Great location, just up from Love City Mini Mart. Our only complaint was the pool was cold, but it was December too. We've never had a great pool in December. We didn't use the hot tub, so I can't speak for that. Comfortable cottage and great for 2 couples. Bedrooms are below and the view is fabulous from the deck. Great kitchen - we cooked a lot. Nice patio area with gas grill and at the end of a private cul de sac. PM your email address and I will send some photos! Oh, and fabulous price, too!!

@lazy-- we've given up on renting a villa with a pool in December too, unless its heated (which is rare).

I guess it depends on how much sun the pool gets but I've determined that a pool in December is not as critical to me as having a pool during a summer visit when the temps are higher and you have more sun during the day overall.
