Can anyone tell me if the construction marked on this map is still active?

I'm looking at a villa in the vicinity and am hoping that whatever was being built there is finished.

Pond Bay construction is halted for the time being. Captain Brandi tooled us around Chocolate Hole last week at the end of our boat day and I looked around at the neighborhood. The shells of all of the Pond Bay buildings are complete. There are a couple of houses being built in the lower Chocolate Hole nieghborhood at the moment, but I didn't see anything going on that looked overly disruptive---certainly no heavy equipment or anything. Hope that helps.
