I did a Google search but couldn't find anything new.

I asked Rachel about this in April and she said she heard there were plans to rebuild but nothing yet. And still no cause of what caused fire.

Wow! They had a groundbreaking the end of February, the Governor was even there, and nothing has started yet. They had said it would be rebuilt and reopened by this September. Oh well, Island time I guess.
