Happy Easter to all! Just remembering the timrs I spent on STJ at Easter! What a difference from the cold weather here. Wore a heavy coat this morning. I wish I could post food porn. Everyone we had for dinner had certain food preferences. Ended up with filet mignon, baked stuffed shrimp and rack of lamb for the main course. Being Italian we had to have the requisite Italian pies plus apple and choc. mousse for the non-Italians. I'm exhausted. Should have taken my vacation now!

We just returned from quite the easter spread with my in-laws - my hubby's 4 brothers, their 4 wives, my mom, my two kids and their 10 cousins!

Lots of fun, lots of food, not nearly enough warm weather. WHERE IS THE SUN? WHERE IS THE SPRING? Its supposed to only be in the 50s here all week...say it ain't so.

Happy Easter to all!

We had 14 people here today and my aunt and uncle, who always come late, are still here lingering.....I just want to finish the cleaning and sit and relax!

Happy Easter to all! Just returned from the MIL's house. Down here in the south, we had banana pudding for dessert! (or should I say "nanner puddin"?). Mmmmmm.
