Plan today was to get up and head out for a sunrise photo shoot. Set the alarm on the iphone for 5 something. However.....had the most awful night's sleep and when I was still staring at the clock at 2am I turned the alarm off. Failed to tell Charlie though so when he woke up just before 5 he forced himself up to make sure I didn't over sleep

Oops! Sorry about that bud! So it was a later morning than usual that day. Don't think I got up til nearly 8. Decided it was going to be a lazy morning so it was bacon and eggs for breakfast on the porch.

We didn't head out until 10:30 or so and decided to head over to Lameshur Road. We took the road all the way to the end to the sandy beach. What is this, Little Lameshur? Is the rocky area Great Lameshur?
Anywho, had a great morning here swimming, walking up to the ruins, etc.

After the late morning/early afternoon on the beach we stopped in Shipwreck (FIRST!) for some cocktails at the bar. Everyone is right .. Shipwreck is awful never go there! (kidding!).

Afternoon on the porch, cooked up some hot dogs for lunch and just hung around. Might have worked on the trip report for a while.

Might have had another nap on the porch.
We didn't make sunrise so decided to head off to a beach for sunset. As we were driving Centerline over to North Shore things did not look promising at all but it actually turned out ok. We headed to Maho. Now, I tend to take a LOT of photos but the sunset photos were insane even for me. We were using 2 cameras to boot. So will share a few here. When I'm finished with the report will share the link to all photos so you can really bore yourself to tears!

Dinner was in this night. Another fun feature of this house is you can hear the live music from Island Blues right from the porch! So we lingered over dinner and cocktails listening to the tunes.
