I think I've created a monster...

Post by Ron_L »

My wife is currently sitting on the couch, drinking her morning coffee, and looking at our map of St. John  . Last night she asked my how much a timeshare on St. John would cost

Do ya think she enjoyed our trip?

Time to start working on convincing the wife that we have to go back soon!

Ron... I think you need to change your signature: "Time to start working on convincing the wife that we have to go back soon!" I don't think she needs any convincing
Peace,

Hey Ron

We knew she would :)

Before you purchase a timeshare through the Westin, give us a call/PM we can help with what is currently available on the "used" market - they are considerably less than going directly through the Westin and the only thing you do not receive is the Westin "points"

We have created monsters too. We have infected family (probably the only thing worse than infecting friends! ). About 1/2 our trips we've come alone and the other 1/2 we've brought family along.

Now, they all fight to see who gets to "go with."

The only one that's really problematic is the MIL. She doesn't share the cost and there's that whole getting her in the back of the Jeep issue. :D

I am hoping that my friends get infected. We need more traveling friends without kids.

Next year will be.....I know, start gasping....another cruise. I am hoping for a cruise in the Med. Spain, Italy, and France would be nice.

As much as I hated the cruise passengers when I was living on island, I really enjoy cruising.

I am working on an August trip to STJ by myself to hook up with my good friends that will be there and maybe I can convince Chip and our friends to do a spring trip and then we can cruise in the summer.

I've also created a monster. Little cypressgirl got a call from her friend Jace last night (while we were watching the Astros loose AGAIN) asking when we could go back to STJ. They were on the internet together looking at airfare for this summer. Her dad is never going to let me do 4 girl trips in 1 year.

If he lets you go 4 times- Keep him!
I'd like to go with you and bring my daughter!

I just can't imagine going 4 times in one year (although I know a lot of people do). I'd just come home, wash the clothes in my suitcase, repack 'em and head out again - LOL! That would be so awesome!

Better yet, go with the girls June 8-15 and you can meet my husband. Then he will know I'm not going to STJ with a serial killer in November!

Sure doesn't take much, does it? Only about 7 hours and I was hooked.
