The Baths

Post by emmilu »

Can anyone tell me the name of a charter that goes to Baths for the day from STT? When we arrive will we need transport to the Baths from where the charter docks?
I have only been there on a cruise ship excursion so this will be different for us. Thanks

We took New Horizons II from STT. They have a place to tie up in Devil's Bay. It is a short swim into the shore.

In March we took Pirates Penny. 12 passenger max. They pick you up in Redhook at the marina. Awesome trip! They pull up in Devil's Bay, you hop into the water and swim ashore (or they have rafts that you can lay across and kick into shore if you're not a swimmer). They take you on a tour through the baths that is not the same tour as the boats that carry lots of people and give you a few little history lessons along the way. After the Baths we went to another small island for lunch, then went to Jost Van Dyke White Bay for the little beach bars. It was a really fun day.

We also had a good experience (a while ago 2003?) with Pirate's Penny. Sister boat is Stormy Petral.
