During National Parks Week entrance fees are waived at all national parks... April 17 - April 25, 2010.

That's great. I haven't been to Annaberg and Trunk is not too bad either :lol:

And the best is that we are there that week :D .

Just an FYI, but before you get too excited, the park on STJ doesn't necessarily do things the same as other parks...

I was on STJ several years ago with a current Golden Eagle pass - pass names have since changed, but it was a pass to get you access to all National Parks and National Monuments for a year. I had a trip hitting multiple parks in the states that year so I got it, a bargain at $50 at the time.

At any rate, the lady at the entrance booth had no clue what it was, she called someone else who said "Oh, yea, I know what that is. We don't honor them." Huh? It is a little tough since it was good for your carload, and with the walk up entrance booth you could swear you had a clown car with 47 people in it... but I thought I'd at least get one or two in. Nope.
