Woody's Pasta Salad
Woody's Pasta Salad
Hello Everyone,
Thought I would ask fellow forum members if anyone could help unravel the receipe for Woody's pasta salad? I could probably email the website, just thought I would check here first! Of course I know there is some sort of pasta (I've had it with elbows, bowties, plus other types) and there is usually quite a bit of onion and some crab meat (don't know if it's the real stuff or not). Any other ideas for what makes up the rest of it? All help is appreciated! There are several of my friends that really enjoy the pasta and would like to make it at home (while planning for our next trip)
Thanks in advance for any and all help!

I asked this same question following a trip awhile back. It's soooo good. Lulu came to the rescue with the recipe. I just scale it back some and it's good to go. Enjoy!
Woody's Pasta Salad:
Obviously, this recipe may need to be adjusted for a smaller crowd.
4 lbs pasta
3 red/3 green peppers
2 onions
1/2 bag imitation crab (I'm assuming they use the giant bag)
1 1/2 cup mayo
2 shakes celery salt
6 shakes adobo
6 shakes black pepper
6 shakes garlic powder
4 shakes old bay seasoning
Mix it all together and yum!

You can usually find Adobo in the Latino section of your grocer:

Shoppers Food Warehouse carries a lot of Goya products.
