The Island is busssssy. So it is very important to get up and out early. There is a good size swell on the North Shore. Friends said they are surfing at Cinnamon. So we headed for ... you guessed it, the South Shore. We settled on Little Lameshur.

Since the rocks on the right looked busy with snorkelers, and they seemed pretty exuberant, we set up and snorkeled the left side. In our experience, fish don't like exuberant snorkelers. On first impression, the Lameshurs can seem pretty barren coral wise, but they can yield up some pretty good fish spotting.
We came across some cuddle/ squid who seem to enjoy having their photos taken, angels and an eel. Mrs. BillVT took over camera duties and seems to have much better results.

As the beach filled up we got out and headed for the Tourist Trap. Larry said they'd been real busy. I'm usually not a big exotic drink drinker. I usually prefer a coconut rum and seltzer with a wedge of lime. (Keeps me hydrated) But I tried the Drink Right, Keep Left and must say it is good. So was the food.

Returned back at camp for a good desalinizing soak with hydration, a few chapters, a nap and dinner at the neighbors. I hope this never ends.

Did I mention that no one likes you, Bill!? ;-) Especially those of us DT'ing from a recent visit!

Love the live reports! And pictures. Even if they are a little painful!

Sounds like another great day. Thanks for sharing your trip with us in real time.
It's like looking in your soup and finding a whole different alphabet.
