Anyone stayed at Samuel Cottages or Serendip Condos?

My family stayed at Serendip a few years back. I think it's a great place to stay if you're on a budget. The unit was very clean with ac units in both the main room and the bed room. What would you like to know in particular?

I think if you search Sun4mysoul, you'll find some pics from inside Samuel Cottages. She stayed there last October, and, I believe, posted some pics of the inside of their unit.

My daughter and her BF stayed at Serendip last November and loved it. Her father and I stopped in to see the place and were pleasantly surprised at how roomy and comfortable her unit was. She said there was a basket of fruit, snacks and rum for them when they checked in. The units have large decks with outdoor furniture and nice views. Her BF took some gorgeous pictures of hummingbirds that came to the flowers around the buildings.
