Courtesy Car rental

Post by BojiGirl »

I contacted Courtesy by phone last week (Wednesday) to reserve a Jeep for July. He took all my info and said he'd send email confirmation in 3-4 business days. So far, nothing. How long should I wait before contacting them again? Am I waiting on island time here? :) Thanks, Kim

We used Courtsey last November and it took about a
week to 10 days before we received our confirmation.
They are good about getting information to you-we
were very pleased with the service they offered.

We have used Courtesy 3 times & love them...will be using them again in April. You'll hear back; they are really good at communication & service; at least that's been our experience.

Yup, no worries. They'll get back to you. We're in the same boat as you. I made a reservation for an April trip on February 19th, and haven't received my email confirmation yet. But I'm not worried. We have used them twice before, and each time it took a little while to get the confirmation. But they are awesome! I really enjoy renting from them! Good service, nice vehicles.

Have always been very satisfied with Courtesy, but if you don't hear from them in 10 days, I would send them another e-mail.
How many more days?

Greg and everyone at Courtesy are GREAT! You will be very happy with them.

This last year, my sister's husband left his Zune on the ferry. The ferry guy saw them get into a Courtesy car and called Courtesy. They picked it up and held it till we returned our cars. My sister had given them the wrong contact number accidently. She could not believe that Courtesy held on to it for her; they assumed it was a gonner.

Anyway, I wouldn't worry, just contact them.

Our emails were slow in coming also, all answered by Josephine. I would wait a week-10 days and then send another email or give them a call to confirm! Great folks! We have used them several years in a row!

We made our reservation on 4/3/09 and received a confrimation on 4/21/09. We were very happy with the service at Courtesy. We were traveling President's Day week (very busy) so I also called again and confirmed a week before to make sure we were all set.

The jeep was in good shape and very clean. My husband was a little worried about the tires but we did just fine. I don't know if this is typical when leaving the island but we dropped the car off and then they drove us to the ferry dock. One tip, our confirmation did not state to bring our insurance certificate (I guess they do now) so I called my insurance company once we were at the villa and asked them to fax Courtesy a copy.

Greg at Courtesy has very high integrity. We had a damage issue one time and he was really impressive with his trust in me and upbeat attitude about all of it. They are a good company and we are very pleased with them overall.

I usually receive my confirmation within minutes after the call. I'd call back to verify they copied your email address correctly.

As far as satisfaction goes, we've used Courtesy multiple times and have always been very happy with them.
