We were there three years ago. Not sure that qualifies as recently. But, it is a lovely villa. You need to go up the somewhat dicey Iguana Rd to get there. We enjoyed ourselves very much. Only caution I would have is that a villa was going up to the right as you looked out to Hart Bay. I don't know what impact that's had on privacy. Great views to Ram Head.

Was also there three years ago. Very nice villa with a killer deck and great views.
