I guess I never noticed but can I get fresh seafood at Starfish market?

Yes, Starfish sells fish. I typically see red snapper, tuna, shrimp (both cooked and raw), and mahi mahi at the counter. I have never bought any of it, because I am really picky about my fish. To me, the fish at Starfish usually looks like it was previously frozen and then thawed out for sale.
It's like looking in your soup and finding a whole different alphabet.

there's a guy in Coral Bay that sells fresh fish -- right next to island Blues. If you want local and fresh that might be an option.

There was a guy selling tuna and Mahi next to the fruit stand in cruz bay a couple of days last week
