Which Jeep is better for a car seat?

Post by Ty311USVI »

Good Evening forum!

Does anybody know which Jeep is better situated for a car seat between a Liberty and a 4 door Wrangler? My daughter will be 14 months old and still rear facing in the car seat when we go this May. Also, has anyone used a car seat from Courtesy before? Is it of decent quality? Thanks for all your help!

Don't the wranglers have removable tops and soft sides - if I have the correct, I'd go for the Liberty. It will be much safer. You should have no problem with the car seat in the back.

We always got the liberty and it worked well with kids in carseats and boosters.

Another vote for a Liberty. I found it to be so much easier getting our son in and out of a liberty. The one (and only) trip we did a rear facing seat in a jeep, I quickly tired to crawling in and out of the back seat to get him buckled in.

True the 4D Wrangler does have a hardtop but the top and doors are for protection from the weather only, not impact. So the Liberty would be safest in an accident.
