New villas I should know about?
In planning mode for our next trip, group of 3 couples next spring. I've looked at the Web sites of all the rental companies, but wondered if there's one you know about that's maybe not quite finished but which will be available by then. I appreciate all you smart people!

New Villas - Reef Madness
Reef Madness is indeed coming along nicely and looks beautiful but is designed for 2 couples as it will have 2 master bedroom suites and 2 1/2 baths. 3 couples will be one couple too many...

Villa Sibella
is on my list. Thanks, Kathy, I'm interested in this one. My wife is skeptical about the location of Virgin Grand Estates...likes the idea of looking out directly at water rather than on rooftops below. Hope you have a great trip!

This is not a new villa, but a great one. We rented it two years in a row. Cinamon Bay Estate. 3 bedrooms. Each with its own balcony. 2 upstairs and one downstairs each with its own bathroom. No sharing!
Huge deck with pool and hot tub. Everything about this place is great. The view is overlooking Cinamon Bay and the Northshores. This place is just amazing.
You will love the decorations and the large window overlooking the Islands of Jost Van Dyke and Tortola.
You can open it up for fresh air as well. Outside on the deck is numerous lounge chairs and eating places. One is covered. Rent through suitestjohn.com

Here is a new 4 bed villa that looks very nice!

I think it is just being completed in the next month or so.

Oh, and Hale Lani is not NEW new but is new to the rental market. You may want to check it out. http://www.destinationstjohn.com/hale_lani.html.
I also saw Indigo which is a bit higher end, but looks awesome!

I forgot this one, it is also on my dream villa list, it is a little pricey, maybe invite a 4th couple if your going in-season!

Re: Villa Sibella
We did not have a problem with the view at Cocotier in Virgin Grand Estates in November. The houses are laid out with the views in mind. Closely laid out, but good views.Robin in NC wrote:is on my list. Thanks, Kathy, I'm interested in this one. We also loved Cocotier. It has it all. But I understand what you mean about the views. I also like looking out over water, rather than lots of land and then water. For years, my husband and I rented a house on Maria Bluff called Bellview. It had the most awesome 270 degree views and it looked like you could throw a rock and hit the water. You couldn't, but it seemed that way. It was sooooo romantic. (before kids were old enough to go) He still always wants to go back to Bellview. Maybe next time, without kids.
