Arcadia villa in Chocolate Hole?

Was hoping I could get some advice/reviews on the Arcadia villa that I've reserved for early March. The website looks wonderful, but I saw some posts on Trip Advisor tonight (posted last year at this time, granted) complaining of noise and the unsightly views of the Salt Pond resort construction. When I googled the resort, I didn't really find information about it's completion, so I'm a little worried...we really want a quiet vacation and a beautiful view. Your thoughts and reviews appreciated, thanks so much!

If I remember correctly, I think I read that Pond Bay construction has been halted indefinately....If Arcadia is the one I'm thinking of, you can see the construction site, but noise shouldn't be a problem if they're not working on it right now. We stayed across Chocolate Hole from Arcadia in June 2008 while construction WAS going on and we couldn't hear it at all.
