We've been renting from the Suttons for at least 10 years have never had a problem with their vehicles.

He takes very good care of his cars. No worries.

We rented a 4 door Wrangler from him a couple of weeks ago. It was in great condition, had low miles, & ran very well. The others we saw in the lot all seemed nice too.

I am a big Sutton fan and one of the many reasons is that his cars are kept in very good condition and if anything goes wrong he's on hand to fix or replace the car.

Ditto all of the above. We got a nice vehicle (looked good, ran well) & the other cars in the lot all looked nice too - didn't notice any clunkers.
My dream is to live on St. John & vacation in Wisconsin(only in Summertime)!

Limited experience here (one trip), but our jeep was just fine. Mr. Sutton was always working on his vehicles when we would park there. Had a tire that was leaking, but the street they were on was closed for construction, so we talked to them on the phone and kept airing it up every time we passed the gas station. As soon as we could get it to the lot, they got it fixed while we shopped and had dinner. Lovely folks there at Sutton's, and we'll see them again in a few months.

22 years renting from Conrad and still happy. It's not so much the cars for me but the convenience of parking free when we're downtown. You won't get many smiles or high 5's but the cars are dependable!
