Sorry to be a downer- my ONE LEAST FAVORITE THING ....

Having to bring my doggies into be boarded :cry: HATE IT!!!!

We have to bring them in Saturday - even though we're not leaving until Monday (they will be there to care for the animals on Sunday, but do not take them in then) :cry:

Once you get to the island, the sadness will melt away! They will be just fine and it won't be so painful coming home knowing your pups will be so excited to see you!

Well, that's not a "least favorite" on STJ. That's a least favorite about "getting there". Different thing, I'd say. :)

Have an awesome time knowing your babies will be well cared for. ;)

Both true...

Hubby & I are taking them in about 15 minutes- I know that once we leave the vet's (that's where we board them)- I'll start focusing on finishing my packing & the excitement of anticipation- and I know the sadness will "melt away."

I can identify with the guilt of boarding an animal. We used to have a black Lab that would pout for a week after being picked up.
Its been a hell of a ride, destination still unknown!

It is done ... my doggies were put into a double kennel together - and it was nice - calm & cozy... they were both sniffing the bedding in there, wagging their tails & munching on biscuits... All systems GO...... St. John... here we come!!!!!!!!!!

that is seriously weird.

ok fixed. Charlie said I was loading from cache. all better now and Lisa can leave on Monday as planned ;)
