We really enjoyed Casa Luna - 5 bedrooms, 4 baths (as I recall) large living/dining kitchen area plus another living area on the lower level. Nice decks with great views, pool and hot tub with a little outdoor bar area. Reasonably priced too.

I'm going to second the recommendation of Ristaba--great layout, convenient to everything and Lisa Durgin is great to work with.

I'm going to second Casa Luna it really lives large for the price. Pool is kinda on the smallish side for that size of a house but it works.

Adequate parking for three vehicles. The one thing I liek aboutthis place is the deck space and the fact that the downstairs is as nice (albeit decorated more casually) as the upstairs. SOmetimes the bottom half of the house isn;t always as nice but this one honestly is.

PLENTY of room to spread out and great views.
*Another fine scatterbrained production
