We went through them for a Gallows unit (I think it was 8 or 7 D) in 2005. Everything was great...Very nice- very smooth... no complaints what so ever. One note however, regarding a unit at Gallows...in 2007, we wanted to stay at Gallows again - and I found out that renting through Gallows directly, we were able to pay at check out and use a credit card (REWARD POINTS!!!)- instead of having to pay by check - 1 or 2 months prior to arrival. Suite St. John may have changed their policy - perhaps they now accept credit cards- and maybe allow you to pay at check out - although paying in full 1-2 months ahead of arrival is common practice when renting a villa (which we're doing this time around.

I have rented numerous times from when they had units at Lavender Hill and many, many times at Gallows. If you're renting a unit from Suite St John at Gallows they are the owner of that unit.
You just won't go wrong. Richard Methany is an outstanding person to work with.
When we first started going to St. John we rented Cinnamon Bay Estate, Richard Bethany is great to work with and all his properties are well taken care of. You won't regret dealing with him. His staff is also great to work with on island as well. Good luck.
