You will have to tell me all about your Mom. I am one of the women going on the November trip with her.

Do you have a forum name yet?

No i do not have a forum name. Everytime my mom called and told me about her STJ board i made fun of her, but now she has me interested. I am considering writing my own trip report of our spring break. I am not too sure if anyone would be interested in hearing it thorugh the eyes of a 19 year old so we will see. I am home for the weekend and might find some spare time to indulge in a message board
I am sure you will gather more information about my mom if I do end up writing a trip report. She is very excited about her upcoming girl trips. I tried to talk her into taking me again but I got rejected. Oh well maybe next year.

Little Cypressgirl, I like that! Hi, Michelle, I'm on the trip with your Mom in November, too. I'd love to hear your description of your adventures! Your Mom did a great job, but it would be great to get it all from your point of view. Sounds like y'all had a great time; makes me wish I had a daughter who could make the trip with me.

I was lucky that I could afford (barely) to retire when my first daughter was 3 years old. I was living on Tylenol #3 by then. One day I hurt so bad, I put my scalers downs and just left. I loved my dentist but he had me seeing 16 patients a day. I went straight to Dr. Whittaker's office, (my chiropractor to this day) and never came back.
My best friend (who talked me into dental hygiene when we were in high school) is still working 3 days a week and she says she's the oldest practicing hygienest. She is 53 with no plans to retire. Weddings and grandbabies and a tight wad husband keep her working.
Good luck with the back!
