is budget a good place to rent from? we want to take the car to st.john

We rented from Budget last year and took the vehicle to STJ, we had no problems. When we returned the Jeep to Budget there was 4 or 5 people at the counter waiting for people to return so they could pick up. I wouldn't want to be one of those people waiting to start my vaca.

We rented from budget this past april and we had no problems.
Sawed that board three times and it is still too short...
