Nice article. Nice folks. A nice business that's been done in a really good way. I do have to admit that I miss the Dockside Pub, though.

The East Coast Grill is certainly a good place to learn a bit about rub. My wife was in the business for a while and got to know Chris a bit. Helped out on couple of pig roasts years ago. We stopped there for brunch one Sunday last summer. He also does good business in a really good way.

Best wishes for another good decade or two.
