Any Really Good Villa Deals for 7 Day Stay Over Christmas

Great forum I just found and we are planning to visit in April but suddenly decided that maybe we should opt to visit in December as well rather than go to another location.

I’m looking for any last minute deals for a seven night stay for 12/24-12/31, for two people (I’m not looking for a 10% savings type deal-need to get into a really nice place that usually rents for more than our price point but is discounted due to potentially going empty for the week). I have a back-up plan for another island if nothing arises but figured I’d inquire as to whether anyone is looking to make $2,500 for the week rather than let their property go empty. You will not find two quieter, more respectful renters. Send me a private message if you have such a place and please provide link where I can see some pictures. Prefer the Chocolate Hole, Cruz Bay, Hart Bay, Fish Bay areas but will consider other areas.

I'm hoping to finalize things in the next day or tow.

welcome! I don't know of any deals per se but I think people are having trouble getting rental cars for the holiday week so if transportation is a concern you might want to start there.

Good advice; I had to make a LOT of calls but I'm set with the car (which can be cancelled within a week of arriving if I do not for some reason find a villa). I love this forum compared to the much more advertising driven and general forum on TripAdvisor.

Casco, have you checked the Caribbean Villas website? They have a "last minute deals" section that we've used in the off season before. Discounts are likely in the 15-20% range. Also, VRBO is probably a good place to start. Good luck!
