Dec 3..man its goin fast..Name the Donkey Contest

Post by Bill in Va »

Howdie there. Please tell me that some madd scientist has found a way to speed up time and it really isn't Thursday.
Okay enough whining. First I have to address the new donkey issue. Please stop the emails. Yes I will answer the main questions. !. No I don't know the mothers name. 2. No the father has not come forward. 3. No Tiger Woods has not answered the calls from the donkey's lawyer. 4. Yes there will be a "Name the new donkey contest". I have my favorite name..."Seabiscut" ...come on and lets have some fun with this deal. The winner will receive something that I have to talk Anthony into to. Hey boss you readin this???
For todays weather info please refer to the last few days description. Yep another 84ish day with light breazes. Francis was flat just like Maho. A first for this boy. Did the long snorkel on the right not quite out to Marys Point. LOTS OF FISH and good looking coral and sponges. Yes I am very excited at what I see. The actors assigned to my snorkel included another peacock flounder, trumpet fish, security provided by a barracuda, jacks, permits, tangs, tarpon, small med angels, fry up the wahzoo, can we say gazillion!,grunts, grouper, et al. BUT no turtles. On the swim back I ran into a nice size ray.
My bride took a bunch of pic's of the Francis Beach rooster. He is a fine specimen and has a three hen following. When you come to Francis he will be waiting near the entrance area to the beach. He even took chips out of DC Phots's,aka Sandy, niece's hand. Sandy and Mel did the short and then the long snorkel...left side then the long right one. Mel calls her the "Snorkel Nazi" so here you have it . I was told by a trusted source that she has taken over a thousand pics so far...yes she is a professional photographer. We saw St John Mike on the road and at Woodys. We scored a great parking spot at the Beach Bar. Talked to some of the workers at the condo project. Pay scale is $25 per hour for semiskilled. It is really coming along. The pool should be ready to use in a couple of weeks. He told me it has to cure for a while before it can be used but the water fall is working as well. BUT they have to move the elevator. Can we say whoops.
We stopped by to see Tom and Alice of Coral Bay Jewelers. Great hand made by them stuff. My bride has most of the beach bracelets.Tom is going to make her earrings to match her "circle of life " necklace and bracelet that they made. Tom even repaired my company ring and set a new diamond in it last year. They have a new St John Map jewelry collection. Yes we will own some. They are just off the ferry dock straight a head. Tell them Bill and Sandie sent you and they will give you a discount. True story folks.
Well its beddy bye time for the camper.See you tomorrow...don't forget to send you name for the new donkey.....God bless......Bill

I suggest Algebra from the old Little Rascals fame. You know - you see him in the middle of the road and you yell - "Hey Algebra, 'dis no place for you!" - Stymie

Have to name it DONkey...from Shrek. I can't see a donkey without saying it that say. Eddie Murphy, so funny.

Since he/she was born over Thanksgiving, I submit the name "Pilgrim".

I like Pilgrim, too! But only if done in John Wayne's voice...."Woah, take it easy there, PilGRIM."
I must have missed that Little Rascals episode somewhere. That's a cute idea too!

Pia, have the donkeys been multiplying like crazy? or do they just get around? We saw WAY more on this trip (last week) than ever before. Even up the hill on Calabash boom.
Sounds like a "Pete" to me. But I like PilGRIM too. Knowing there are more goats than donkeys on island, I'm guessing Pete is a Goat.
