Has anyone ever stayed at this villa? It looks really great and appears to have the room that we need for a family trip next year. Any info would be appreciated!

Do you mean this one? It's a great place other that the missing windows and roof! :D O.K. just kidding....We came close to staying at the Stone House back in 1996, but a hurricane did some minor damage to it before we got there. You might try the search. Parafins Image

Michele -- I LOVE this area of STJ. We've stayed in the Estate Carolina area for our last three visits in the past two years. We used to stay inthe Chocolate Hole area until it got too busy for our tastes.

I like the proximity to the beaches (North Shore and South Shore) and the views are great as well.
It's much quiter on the Coral Bay side of the island and much more laid back IMHO.

Plus with Lilly's market at Cocoloba plaza getting groceries is easy and the prices are reasonable. Their little deli is also quite good and you and find my favorite bagels in their frozen food section (Just Bagels-- from Brooklyn NY).

Lots of great dining options over here as well: Aqua Bistro, Island Blues, Skinny Legs, Miss Vies, Tourist Trap and many more for all budgets).

If you like things quieter and are not as much into the shopping (although there are some fun options on the coral bay side-- I think you'll like this side of the island.

From the web site this house looks great!
