Tipsy - We've had that question on the forum before, I'll see if I can search out the thread. But basically, you can make any tropical drink... just leave out the booze! :)

Edit: I can't seem to find that discussion, but here's the OT Forum cocktail thread, there are 22 pages and I'm sure there's something "virgin" in there, or adapt. :D

Thank you.
The irony of your screen name relative to a virgin drink is not lost on me. Hope you can get off those meds soon.

We are making these next time!

Bushwacker

Ingredients
1/2 ounce rum (Cruzan is the best, but use whatever brand you have)
1/2 ounce vodka (any brand)
1/2 ounce Baileys Irish Cream (or a similar off-brand name)
1/2 ounce Kahlua (or a coffee flavored off-brand name)
1/2 ounce amaretto liqueur (any brand)
1/2 ounce chococo chocolate-flavored liqueur
1/2 ounce Frangelico (I recommend it) (optional)
1/2 ounce creme de coconut (a MUST - "Coco Lopez" is best)
1 cup crushed ice (more or less to make the proper consistency)
3 dashes of grated nutmeg
1 tablespoon whipped cream
1 maraschino cherry
Directions
1 Put everything, except nutmeg, whipped cream and cherries in a blender and use enough ice that when blended will be the consistency of a milkshake.
2 Blend, pour into glasses, and top with whipped cream, a cherry, and a couple dashes of grated nutmeg.
3 Enjoy!
4 But use caution!
5 They taste like there is no alcohol in them and most people have a tendency to get"bushwacked!"
6 Haha!

Best margarita around...(If you can source "Damiana")
http://www.damiana.net/

6 oz frozen limeaid (small container) into blender
fill blender with ice
6 oz tequila (empty limeaid can for measuring works)
3 oz triple sec
3 oz Damiana

Blend, pour, watch the sunset (sunrise as the case may be)...

All the best, Scott

After a disappointing first attempt, I've hit in a good one. It tastes delicious, and I can't help but guzzle it. It doesn't have a name but here is the recipe: (Mango Colada?)
One Mango
Six ounces of Pineapple Juice
Heaping Tablespoon of frozen Orange Juice Concentrate
Juice from one Key Lime
Four ounces of Coconut milk
One and a half ounces Dark Rum
One and a half ounces Light Rum
Blend until smooth. Pour. Sprinkle Nutmeg on top. Enjoy.
