What is that - Mexican? I see guacamole, beans, cheese, etc. Right? What else is in there?

I had some really good fish tacos at wharfside bistro this week. Mahi and pad thai at Rhumblines was yummy too. Hands down winner so far though was the halibut and also gazpacho at La Tapa.. Still have la Plancha left to try and not sure where else.

I didn't make this but I have to share. An Oyster Fritter from the 52 annual Oyster Festival in my hometown. It was sooooooo good!

Thanks MBW. That's the stuff. Bleuch. Whatever, apparently it's a big hit with the teen crowd. Sounds messy to me.
