Small/uncrowded cruise?

Post by XOXO »

I saw an advertisement for taking a cruise through the Carribean on a ship that is not huge and crowded. I have tried to google it but I am not having any luck. Can anyone help point me in the right direction??

Sea Dream maybe (my dream cruise :))
http://vacationstogo.com/ship.cfm?shipid=312

or Azamara
http://vacationstogo.com/ship.cfm?shipid=428

Both of these ships sail the smaller islands and sometimes include St John (yep Azamera docks in Cruz Bay at the old car ferry dock) St Barts, Bequia, Anguilla and Jost to name a few.

Just go to vacationstogo.com (I always use them) and check their itinerary

This would be the way I would want to do it.

This is about as close to a cruise ship as I would want to do.

Festiva sailing looks really good to me. We may do that in 2011. All food, drinks, going through the BVI's?

Jay, I remember seeing the Arabella!

I have a better picture of it on my other computer, but this one's not bad. ;)

My sister is first mate on the Arabella. It sounds like a very cool way to see the islands. It's not really kid friendly so we've never done it.

I second Sea Dreams and have seen it anchored off Cruz Bay on a couple of occasions. Azmara Journey was at Cruz Bay last March when we were there. Larger than Sea Dreams, I don't think it would fit at the old barge dock.

I believe I saw it anchored off White Bay on Jost the next day... don't know how I feel about that.
