Has anyone stayed at this Villa? Any input? Is there a path to Devers beach?

Jorge and I stopped in last November while they were finishing the renovation. It looked nice. I've seen some reviews that said the indoor common areas were small. We know the Devers Bay area well and have looked for trails down ther, but the only option appears to be bushwacking around villas. If you find out about a path please let us know! There is a path to Hart Bay that is just on the other side of the road between Rendezvuew and Rara Avis.

Cheers, RickG

I stayed at Island Time last year and LOVED EVERY MINUTE OF IT!!! It's a great house for 2 couple or a small family. RickG was kind enough to go and take pictures of the pool, which was being built last November, and then sent them to me. The main house has a good sized bedroom, bathroom, small living room and good kitchen. There is a separate pod with a room and bathroom/outdoor shower. The pool/hot tub are perfect. Not huge but just great for hanging out and having cocktail. The view from Island Time is great. Very expansive and great sunsets. I've been to St John 6 or 7 times and this is my favorite villa. If it were still available this coming Feb I'd be going back there.

My wife and I will be staying there first part of April, great to hear the positive comments about the home and the view. It sure looks nice on the website.

I will write a complete report with pictures......I'm ready to go now but unfortunately have to wait.

I've gotta say that the website is really very accurate. The house is painted in wonderful Caribbean colors and when we stayed there last Feb it looked like it had been freshly painted. The only thing you should make sure of is that there are more than 2 lounge chair by the pool. We only had two and had to switch off. The pool had just been finished a few weeks earlier so maybe they couldn't get any more by then but by now they should have more lounges and an umbrella.
