Gang of 24 spawns!

Post by RickG »

The dirty little secret of our Gang of 24 trip in November was that we only had 23 people. We expected 24, but things happen, and I already had the service mark on Gang of 24 (sm). I simply explained to the literal minded (the females in my family) that we had four women of breeding age along and, things being what they are, there may not be 24 going down, but there would likely be 24 coming back!

Prophetic words.

Aunt Becky is due 9 months after Thanksgiving 2006!

Cheers, RickG

Are you flirting? I know we're only 5 or 10 miles apart...

Hey Rick.....how many generations does that make?? Seems to me that there were some Grandparents on this last trip?

I wonder how small they make snorkel masks?? :P :P :P

This is another addition to the third generation on that trip. We had snorket masks for 3 year olds last trip. I think any smaller you have to go for goggles!

I am not sure if they will have them this summer, but last year Old Navy actually had a decent (for a kid) snorkel set - mask, fins and snorkle in a plastic carrying bag. I think it was about $10.

And RickG - do you go 2x a year every year or is this year just special?

This year's special. Christine and I usually hit Europe in the winter time, February or March, but this year she wanted some down time on island. So just the two of us are going in April.
