Accomodation Advice for Late Jan Trip

Post by Nancy_B »

Hi, All!

I'm planning our trip for late Jan/early Feb. It's just hubby and I on this trip. Cruz Views is on our list as we've stayed there many times but I've been cruising VRBO for other alternatives. I searched this forum and can't find any other feedback.

Has anyone stayed at or have any insight to the following two properties? Both are on a owner's property.

http://www.vrbo.com/32177

or
http://www.vrbo.com/251915 (no pool here so probably a 2nd pick).

Any other suggestions? Trying to stay around these two budgets. We'll be going for 10 days (YIPPEEE!)

Thank you!

Nancy,
Some friends of mine stayed here a while back and loved it:

Thanks, Ruth!

Is there any view from this apartment? The price is great but I'm not sure I can forego having a view.

Thank you!

RENDEZVOUS cottage is a great place to stay. My wife and I stayed there last april. It's perfect for 2 people. Jim and his wife are great hosts. They supply everything you could need. Close to town, nice pool, nice view of St. Thomas and great sun sets. We are staying there again in early January only we will be staying in the villa.
Sawed that board three times and it is still too short...

Vav, thank you! Is there a view from the cottage or just from the pool? Why did you choose the villa this coming trip - do you have more people?

Appreciate your insights!

Yes there is a view. your living room is actually screened in. so you have the same view as the pool just a little lower. The cottage is under the pool. I'm staying in the villa this time because we have 4 people. It's not one of the 2 or 3 million dollar homes that you can rent on the island, but it's clean, has everything you need and is close to town.
