Any info on this Sea Breeze villa.

Just stumbled across this villa on VRBO.Never noticed it before.I am looking for something like this on Bordeaux but trying to hold down the cost since we are bringing 4 girls with us next year.The price is really great which makes me wonder.
Any first hand knowledge?
