winsome house ajax peak

considering winsome house for a last minute trip later this month with a friend (stj newbie) who has some mobility issues and we both are concerned about lack of ac (bedrooms). stayed on mt bord in late july and learned that breezes in that area and absence of direct sun in late afternoon negated what i thought was obligatory bedroom ac for stj villas.

i've done extensive searching for winsome house info and nada. have done a pm to a fellow bd member who's only one to acknowledge plans to stay there.

does anyone have 1st hand input as to ac need there and what the access is like from the parking lot to main deck? dest st john not encouraging on access issue but how bad can it be?

We stayed at Creolla on Ajax Peak in March and were very comfortable without air. That area gets some serious breezes and can be chilly in the evening.

We stayed at Winsome house in May this year and absolutely did not need air conditioning. We even used covers at night. The house gets great breezes. There are at least 15 steps to get from the parking area to the house but they are fairly shallow and easy to navigate. Feel free to pm me if you would like more information.
