Need hotel with park & fly in Chicago

Post by patr »

What hotels near O'Hare offer park 'n fly? Our Spirit flight is scheduled for 6:00 departure, so we'd like to overnite nearby.

Marcia and I have tried several around O'hare and like the Four Points Sheraton the best. The rooms are decent and the shuttle is reliable.

Hope that helps.

We've stayed at the Holiday Inns around O'Hare several times, I think the are four in the area, the most convenyent is on Higgins. Now it's been a while since we used the park & fly but I want to say it was around $20 per day, here's the number for the front desk 1-847-954-8600. Hope this helps.

Chicago Marriott O'Hare

We used the Chicago Marriott O'Hare last June when we had an early Spirit Air flight. They call their package "Park Here Fly There" and you can reserve it online. Also good luck finding any coffee at that hour at the airport! Sharon

Hello -

We have also used the parksleepfly.com website and have stayed at the Wyndham O'Hare Hotel on Mannheim Road. The rooms were nice, they had a secure parking lot, 24 hour shuttle and a decent bar/restaurant. The rate when we went was $129/night and included parking.

We also tried a Days Inn in Elk Grove Village and I would not recommend this place - the rooms were old and gross, the parking was not at all secure and the shuttle was very slow in arriving when it was time for our return to the hotel. You get what you pay for!

Thanks everyone! I really like parksleepfly.com, I added it to my bookmarks.

I booked the Westin in Rosemont, as we've stayed there in the past and found it very nice, plus they give 10 free days of parking. We'll be on the ilon for 9 days, so that's perfect!

My adult children call me a "hotel snob".
I have to confess it's true.
