st john in May for sisters 50th birthday

We are considering renting a villa in May for my sisters 50th birthday. Looking for a place on the east end for 8-10 people that is not too expensive. Any ideas?

Sun4Mysoul stayed at Coral Rays and really liked it. If she doesn't chime in, you could PM her.

Have you looked at Wild Jasmine? It has five bedrooms with AC, a pool, and what looks to be gorgeous views out over Privateer Bay. The owners have their own website and regularly offer specials (I know this because I got on their email list somehow!!). My understanding is that this is an older property that was completely overhauled a couple of years ago. I have not stayed there so you may want to search for reviews.

FYI Coral Rays is not on the East End, it's above Coral Harbour. We stayed at La Mer last year, which is the house directly above it. We had an unobstructed view into their pool, if that matters to you.
It's like looking in your soup and finding a whole different alphabet.
