"She has me freakin' hiking tour 2010" 05/14 - 05/22.

Will all of you please stop talking about taking hikes on the island! She is a lurker on here and now she is dragging me to the trails in 2010. The only hiking I am use to doing on the rock is that of Lavender Hills to the bars...bars to Lavender Hills...and so on.

Blame it on Otis!

Man ya better start walking now to get in shape, those hills can be killer. I got Teresa to hump it to Salomon for two days straight and then had to get a jeep cause her legs were so sore, She's such a wimp.

Yeah, we did Reef Bay two years ago...It was nice, it was freaking HOT. To make matters worse, we thought we'd be smarter than the average bears by freezing our water bottles the night before...Not a great idea...even with the heat of July, they never thawed. Have you ever seen a rabbit drinking out of his/her water bottle? You know, they have to keep flicking their tongue at that little ball to let some water by to drink? That's what we looked like.

Lesson learned. Warm water is better than no water.

We usually have no agendas when we go down and we also don't rush to do everything in one week. This lets us explore things on St. John that are different everytime we go. This time we are doing the trails and maybe the dingy rental to hit the out of reach areas. Did I say she hates waves and boats

Toes, it is not about the trip report from you. Its about you two yapping away last May.

Capt, gotta work on the M B's and strengthen the legs. It is going to be hard carrying that cooler of beer.

The reef bay trial with the parks services is great.

All downhill and a boat ride back to Cruz Bay.
Of course the boat broke down when we went and we had to wait around the an hour. Oh Well ... just sit back an enjoy the view!
