Tomorrow we go new friends.. yeah!!

Post by Lisa&Jeff »

Yipee skippe! Well actually to Chicago tomorrow and Sat to STT but enough time for Erika to move on by. Celebrating my 40th! Hopefully we celebrate at the Soggy Dollar (or at least some time next week). My Assistant gave me a $50 Gift Cert for the Soggy. Woo hoo. How awesome is that? Grandma is fired up! I'm just happy to be out of the office for a week! Can I survive without blackberry?

very exciting! It just hit me, now that I have a married daughter, once babies come maybe I will "have" to go on a vacation with them to babysit. Sounds good to me.
Enjoy your trip.

Vacation starts the minute you leave home, so enjoy your time in Chicago as well! Safe travels and happy birthday!

HOW FUN! I just celebrated my 40th on a BVI trip (see "Rum Makes You Dumb" trip report). There is NO better place to do that than at Soggy Dollar! Great present for $50 (which will buy a whole lot of painkillers! 8) ) too. Maybe a side trip to Willie T's for you too?? Just remember to hold your arms up straight when you jump

You absolutely can; just ignore the little "you've got mail" blinker; or better yet turn it off and put it away.

Have a great trip! We'll be looking forward to a trip report.

Lisa, have a great time! I'm glad Carrie managed to get you that gift certificate, she was really excited about doing something unique for you.

As for the blackberry, just turn off your email service entirely and you'll be just fine. If there's REALLY an emergency, someone will find you another way.

Happy Birthday! Your assistant bought you a great gift. Have fun celebrating. I say leave the BB at home.
