Thanks Hugo! Although the stories that the captains tell may be in attempts to entertain, I would much rather know what the truth is. Thanks so much for sharing your knowledge of the islands. I really enjoy hearing about the history. Have a great day!

I agree....I'd much rather know true history than anything made up to 'entertain'. Thanks hugo for keeping it real; keep staying on that soapbox!!

The Love Shack. WOW!!! That is one beautiful video. I hope it never sells and stays for rent forever so more people can enjoy it.

Hugo,

I really do LOVE, LOVE, LOVE when you give us the real scoop. I would much rather know the true history of the islands than a "good story".

XOXO

Thanks for all the reenforcement .
I plan to go into business as a tour guide eventually, and I was beginning to feel that I could never compete with boat captains and others...

Thank for the "real" story, Hugo. All that is fascinating to me, love to hear all that history. And that video is breathtaking - what a beautiful place. Certainly could see myself content there for a long, long time.

I second that! But then again, I am a geek. I have a book about the geological formation of the VIs on my book shelf right now.

Since 2008 sail with Phil to Jost, looking at Lovango, I have dreamed of being there. I could do a month and never be bored. A few trips for groceries and it would be nirvana for me. The Love Shack is dreaming the dream of a deserted island and not wanting to go home!
