Mary Beth I love your pictures with your new camera, they are just as good as Becky's pictures.

You are on a roll, Mary Beth!

Here's a recent 20-minute dinner--chicken milanese:

It's like looking in your soup and finding a whole different alphabet.

flip, you didn't get here in time so I offered it to others.

ps really liked the added cornmeal in my pancakes. It made them nice and crunchy.

Now that I am gratefully unemployed, I have decided to try my hand at being a domestic goddess! Today I bought a tart pan, a food processor and a Slap Chop!! :) I got some Heirloom Tomatoes at the grocery store (after unsuccessfully cruising for a farm stand or farmer's market) and tonight I'm going to make Mary Beth's tomato tart!

I also bought 2 new cookbooks... they are Bob & Melinda Blanchard's from their restaurant in Anguilla. :D I'll let you know if I am successful at anything!

Mary Beth, you haven't seen Vince? I bought mine at Bed, Bath & Beyond and saved the shipping. I used to have something very similar to this years ago and I loved it!

Pia, don't be sorry, I'm not! :D

My boss decided to retire and close the business and 9/2 was my last day. I'm going to take some time for myself and try my hand at being a Virtual Assistant (need any office-type work done? spreadsheets? mailing lists? etc.) and Rick and I have just joined ACN and we're working on getting that going too.

Time will tell on both! :)

In the meantime, I'm going to try to get back into cooking... I can barely cook at all, any more and I used to be pretty good at it.
