I second Chicagoans recommendation for Papaya Moon. We stayed there in June and it is very private at the end of the road. No one above you or next door either. Has both a hot tub and pool and lots of deck space. Here is a link to some pictures:

Second question, generally not much negotiation on prices unless it last minute.

We stayed at Perelandra last spring. It is in a very private setting with all of the landscaping. The driveway is short so there is a road that runs by it but you cannot see it. We were comfortable doing a little skinny dipping!

We've rented Summer Wind twice and really like this house and location. It's super quiet and private with a nice pool and hot tub. We were just there for 3 weeks in June this year and our whole family really liked this villa.

If you are really into the CO thang...maybe St Maarten is worth a look too....they git nakid all over the beach there....I mean if that is a primary pleasure or focus.

I agree the hot tub at Cinnamon Tarn is private.

If you really want clothing optional, all day and night, try Sea Spirit. No pool, but a great deal of privacy, it is in no mans land near Kiddel Bay.

Stayed there and loved it, the furnishings are not posh, but the location is GREAT for 2 who want to get away from it all.

Pia has a telescope so if you're in Coral Bay she might be watching you! Just wave every time you're strutting around naked!! :D

Heh heh. I wouldn't quite say "total seclusion". We stayed there, and felt comfortable that no one else was around... until I saw a man taking pictures of the cacti pretty near the house. On the side of the house with the outdoor shower... I was in said shower when I spotted him.

When we were there, several small motor boats following the shoreline came by... making me briefly reconsider my no-tan-lines time on the deck. Hikers/birdwatchers were also seen on the hill facing that outdoor shower.

St John Livin was pretty private and I didn't hesitate to drop 'em.

If somebody was getting their jollys with a telescope, I can guarantee they only did it once.

Holy Smokes Batman! We were there last October and never saw a soul except for one day when the landscapers showed up! Our swimming suits stayed on most of the time anyway! (during the day*heh-heh*)
