Surfside?
This is on our short list for April.
We need 3 bedrooms with AC, a pool, and a nice outside desk.
My concern is that the only really outside area large enough for everyone is the pool desk and there is no shade. Has anyone stayed there?
We will not look at Coral Bay, so we are really limited to what we can find in our budget, under $3000 for 5 people.

X - We stayed there about 5 years ago so I can't really remember all the details without going and finding my photos. If memory serves, the outdoor areas are all smallish, but there are lots of them. There is the pool deck, a few deck/balconies off the house, a hot tub area, and a covered outdoor dining area near the entry door. It's not huge, but could probably work for 6 if you get along well. 
I'm not sure, but was also thinking the upstairs bedroom might be loft style....might want to check on that.
